MKNK Foundation Sponsors 20 Liberians for Professional Training at Gonet Academy

Monrovia, Liberia – The Martin K. N. Kollie Foundation (MKNK-F) has announced the sponsorship of an additional 20 Liberians to undergo professional and hands-on education at Gonet Academy, beginning October 6, 2025.

This initiative, which covers a four-month professional training program, reaffirms the foundation’s unwavering commitment to youth empowerment and skills development. The selected candidates successfully passed the vetting process and have been accepted into various fields of study, ranging from Data Analysis and Human Resource Management to Environmental Impact Assessment and Supply Chain Management.

The newly sponsored candidates and their respective programs include:

  1. Abu Fuad Nyei – Microsoft Office Productivity
  2. Elijah G. Garmondyu – Banking and Finance
  3. Lawrence Barbu – Data Analysis using SPSS
  4. Nathan Tucker – Logistics and Supply Chain
  5. Abdullah S. Konneh – Environmental and Social Impact Assessment
  6. Varfee A. Kamara – Entrepreneurship and Business Management
  7. David Quayae Nagbe – Procurement and Contract Management
  8. Theodosia Tarr – Monitoring and Evaluation
  9. Lawrence K. Nyemah – Project Management
  10. Evelyn Warmah – Human Resource Management
  11. Sharaline S. Aneya – Financial Management
  12. Irene Williams – Monitoring and Evaluation
  13. Jeff Changes Dewalt – Project Proposal Writing
  14. Tina P. Johnson – Human Resource Management
  15. Ashley Payebayee – Entrepreneurship and Business Management
  16. Mattie P. Bernard – Monitoring and Evaluation
  17. Akoi Kollie – Occupational Health and Safety Management
  18. Youconjay Junius – Microsoft Office Productivity
  19. Janet Carr – Monitoring and Evaluation
  20. Melvin Flomo – Marketing Strategy and Brand Management

With this latest cohort, the MKNK Foundation has sponsored a total of 60 Liberians this year alone to acquire hands-on and professional education through Gonet Academy and other technical institutions.
